Friend can't get unbanned

My friend name was 142ms when he got IP banned and he waited around 4 months to get unbanned and he was supposed to around 48 hours ago but never was can anyone tell me why and if any staff can help that would be great. His IGN now is travisHACKS.Posted on 10 July 2016 - 08:28 PM
