So, this is the 9000th pc help post.

I have about 900 dollars to spend.

Pc:

GPU: GTX 950 2gb
CPU: i5 6600k
MotherBoard: Asus h110m-a
SSD: 1tb
PowerSupply: 500w Top Nano Extra Quiet
OperatingSystem: Windows 8.1 (64)
Ram Amount: 16

I feel like i kinda went overboard w/ the gpu but thats what i am asking. What should i upgrade? Downgrade?

Do you need a case? Do you plan to overclock?

This is probably one of the best builds you could get for your budget. If you'd like you could upgrade your CPU to a i5 6600, or a i5 4790k, but it's not needed I'm assuming. If you tell me exactly what you expect from it, I could help you better.

I also recommend getting a OS from another seller. You could get it from some places for a lot less than the original price. Also, don't get a windows 8, it's awful. I would get the 10.
This is one of the trusted sellers you could get it from, but not the only one- https://www.reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap/comments/4qtgj9/h_windows_10_7_8_81_servers_office_visio_project/.

Edit: I saw what you said about no extra fans/cases, but you could remove the case if you'd like if you already have one in mind. I would keep the fans/coolers though as CPU/Case fans/coolers aren't always very reliable, especially for more high end games and performance.

Assuming you don't need a case and an optical drive and don't plan to overclock.
