How does the beta rating system work? I've been the same rank for a bunch of wins, so if anyone knows the order in which you advance in the ranking system that would be cool to know.

You actually need to play 20 ranked,to get a rank.
Well the rating system is stupid but it goes (in positive elo)

Silver 3 is like 1500-1550 then comes Silver 2 1600-1650 then Silver 1 1700-1800
Then comes Gold 3(not sure if GOLD 3 exists but ok),Gold 2,Gold 1
Then comes Platinum II and Platinum I
Then comes EMERALD V,EMERALD IV,EMERALD III,EMERALD II,EMERALD I
Then comes the diamond ranks which I don't know yet
