Buying a Rank worth it now?

I was thinking about buying a rank (D lifetime) for the server. Like for unlimited matches, Sg, whitelist in UHC, and also for S13 Beta. Now that I've seen tons of threads talking about how shit S13 is/possibly will be. I'm rethinking my choice. I don't know if I will still get if S13 will be that bad.
