No idea what context you are referring to here. By 1.7 the first thing that comes to my mind is your minecraft version. 1.7 is the more popular version in the majority of competitive pvpers use because of combat. 1.7 is when both people have speed 2 and you are in a position where you can constantly hit someone else in the back without hitting them out of your range.
