Same build kit
Technically same kb values but it has to be adjusted because of the new infrastructure. It should be fine.
I think non donors have to play a certain amount of matches to queue ranked, and the in ranked you aren't ranked until you play 20 ranked matches. Look at the recent dev log for specifics.
