I would say I am primarily a pot / gopple player, (don't take meh elo srsly ples I just mess around T_T ), and I know for a fact that a lot of the best players don't really get high cps, just like around 8-10 and don't really jitter, just lightly jitter or just click fast. I don't use a gaming mouse but can get like 11-12cps, and I feel like I play better with lower cps like 8-10. Not sure if it's just a placebo or whatever, but I feel like I can concentrate on timing wtaps / blockhits and my aim more? I dont know but I feel like when I'm doing 12cps I can't really play well o_oIs it just me who feels like they play better with like 1-3 cps lower than their max playable cps? I don't mean just aim like movement and secondaries in build eg lava / rod

I play best at 12 cps and my max is 15-16Posted on 13 July 2016 - 10:51 AM
If you're clicking to your maximum cps capability, you obviously can't spare a lot of effort to other things. When you jitter very hard, and don't know how to control it, you aim goes very shaky and it's difficult to place lava, rod, pot, pearl, etc.Posted on 13 July 2016 - 11:00 AM

if you can't aim then there is no point in clicking fast6 cps with aim > 12 cps no aim

i get 6.6 cps when i click fast and also when i click normally, the thing is that clicks aren't really important, i can easily kill a guy who jitters just with a lava bucket or with a good strafe, that's because he's concentrating on clicking and not at healing, placing water, rodding.so shortly: better be precise and do more things at the same time that doing only 1 thing really well, leads nowhere

Anything over 2 CPS is wasted since you can only hit a player every half second. I would say 6-7 is the max you need to effectively get each hit timely.Posted on 13 July 2016 - 01:25 PM

I would learn to do consistent 15 cps while aiming but I do not want a broken wrist or to develop RSI from this.Posted on 13 July 2016 - 03:54 PM
thanks for the replies ;) i meant that i can do 12cps aiming well but do any of you notice a significant decrease in how well you are playing eg secondaries / movement? And i think why people click over 6-7 archybot is that they basically want a guranteed hit if there crosshair is on them and they're in a trade / to get a faster hit in a comboand nearly 420 posts = mlg dank memes
