This thread is my own opinion on what happened in Combo's appeal. I'm not taking sides here, I'm not going to go toxic on staff, I'm gonna speak what I have to say, then leave it there.

A long time ago, right before the 1st Vanilla tourney I joined Badlion. Chinese spawn, three ladders, that was it. I didn't play on it much then since I sucked at pot, but that was the beginning. For some reason I fucking loved that spawn and the server. I loved going up on the one water fountain and watch people spawn, I loved failing at the game. Back then I wasn't a prick, so I had a peaceful life there too. No one to hate on me. After that I took a break from Badlion until the Mine spawn came. By this time I was more of a prick and still bad at pot, so I waited for some change.

You want my fucking opinion?

Badlion became my life by Season Four.

UHC, OCN (Before Iron OCN), Archer, I even tried MineZ. I enjoyed them all. Why? Because people like me who sucked with potions had a chance to get recognized, to be respected. That, at the time, was my only goal in MC. I had a stable life in OCN, so I did both. I'm way better than I was then, but that was what made me fall in love. As time passed, I played on Badlion more and more, loving the lack of killstealing and teaming that was among OCN, not to mention the hate about me. People aren't pricks to me on here even today, they'll ask the same question and leave me be. If I ever went back to OCN it'd just be blind hatred. So, a month ago I requested and got banned from OCN. I've been playing here ever since 24/7.

There's my story. But I'm not done.

This is the part I want you two to look at. I'm fucking bad at expressing myself, so hear me out.

You two are some of the greatest people I've ever met. You don't take shit, you don't hide shit, you make sure shit gets done. I still remember Archy taking the time to stream the first Badlion tourney instead of being behind the scenes. You guys aren't afraid of shit, you'll do what's best for Badlion to the max of your capabilities. People hate on you, they mock you and the damn staff team because A FEW of them are inactive. I'm fucking done seeing their complaints in the chat and on the forums. You two put so much work into this server, trying to keep it alive and well. I don't think people understand that you take so much time out of your life to make them have a better time just for people to be complete oblivious jackasses to you two. I hate it. I hate it. You two are fucking heroes Minecraft-wise, anyone who decides to make fun of you honestly has no idea. No idea of how much you guys have done for this server.

I'd like to tag some people before I go on. @McNerdx @BurntCactus @frogmike @qazzy1122 @Metrais @Pokenick @Covert @Jioska @freekkiller @Arcanex @Aevx @Cascoid and @jono1325

The people I tagged are people in particular who have done the best damn job I've ever seen on this server. There are others I'm probably missing, but I've talked to and always gotten help from these thirteen guys. These are the guys who I trust with every report I do, every thing on the server I get confused about. These twelve are the ones that I appreciate. I may be sounding like a retard up until now because I have a hard time with this, but thank you. Thank you for doing shit and doing it right.

At this point, I only have one more thing to say:I'm a fucking jackass. I can't keep my mouth quiet, I can't stay mature forever even if I tried, and I can't even keep a normal conversation with someone for ten minutes. But at least I have the common sense to look at how much these guys do for the server. Even if I get banned for some miscommunication I probably did in this , I tried to express my point:I fucking hate it when good staff get disrespected, and for anyone who does it:Try running a server like Badlion and making it as good before you start a one-sided judgement.

And if someone on this forum thread calls me a tryhard? I am, I fucking am. I'll never get it because I'm young and immature. But I try. I try to help, and I'll keep trying.

If I get banned for some reason, I tried to express myself like a normal person would. Thank you for reading this.

Sat and read it. Thanks for the kind words. Its too bad all of the players here don't understand the hardships Badlion has gone through, or saw it back at the chinese spawn and appreciate how much it has grown.

When a guy like me who is completely fucking hated by 95% of the community decides to make a forum post, I don't hold back. Especially when I remember what the website used to look like and how small Badlion used to be. (~100 players, I think.)

@Archybot and @MasterGberry are by far the best owners ANY server could have. I said that when I joined the server. I said that when I got staff. I said that when I quit staff. I said that, to myself, even when I was muted. Here I am, unmuted, and I know that they're actually ok with it. Throw me a name of ANY server in which the owner(S) (THAT'S A FUCKING S) have more than TWO THOUSAND POSTS on their OWN forums.

But seriously, the amount of care and love that is put into this server by Archy and Gberry is MINDBLOWING, to say the least.

I'd also like to nominate who I think has done the best job as staff in their history of being staff. @frogmike. Joined the staff team as someone that was hated amongst the community. Had a campaign going against him. He stayed out of it and proved himself. He earned mod quickly, he banned SO many people and turned into a changed and a person with 0% toxicity. Helped me get started when I was staff. Listened to me get upset at redpanda. Vouched for my unmute. Varicks gets deeply involved with the community, and it's clear to see. Thank you Varicks, even though you unadded me on Skype, I APPRECIATE YOU!

It's not that some of us don't respect the growth it's just the community has changed and with that so has badlion due to the influx of players. I still haven't gotten use to it and that's why I get out of hand.

I love badlion. Gberry you know that.

I don't even need to explain the compassion gberry and archy have for badlion because words can't even explain their hard work and dedication. Archy and I are really chill and Gberry is a fighter in my eyes.

So since today has been alittle rough on the community I would just like to sit down and say thanks to the mods who actually give a shit. Who care.

I can list around 15. Including all the admins.
