It appears to me Nampa stated that Badlion "copied" the CS:GO ranking system. Nampa does not want the ELO system back, and would like a different rating system.
I don't see any argument, reasoning, or logic in Nampa's statement. ("If that logic was true…")
I also do not see where the "suing" comes in.
Above all, your argument roughly follows this form:
"Your logic will result in consequences that cause disruption in daily life, therefore your argument cannot be true/must be disregarded."
The consequences of an argument has nothing to do with it's validity. Just because Nampa's "logic" (which I do not see) will cause mass suing in real life, does not invalidate his "logic".
