Sony Vegas Filter Help

Hello, currently I am in the process of making a montage. I want the quality to be as top notch as possible so i've been looking for ways to make the video look like this:Is there a way I can make my video look like this?
I currently use Sony Vegas 11.
If you can at least point me in the right direction, that would be a huge help

* 1920x1080 , i think he is using 1360x720 or something close to that* he is using magic bullet looks for that color correction, it is decreasing quality if you look closer. The effect he is using should being one of the presets
* recording in 60fps anf rendered in 60fps
* he disabled resample (good because no ghosting)
