[Bug]Rankeds practice.

Hi.In the last 2 or 3 days, I can not enter the rankeds of practice .
Some menbers of staff asked them and they replied that they should play the 20 unrakeds the I played and I'm still unable to play rankeds let me know if this is due to a bug or I will have given ban on rankeds not , below I show what I he says when you want to play rankeds :
If any staff member more than I could help I would appreciate it enough.
