I cant join

When that happens it means that the server is usually down? Tbh I have no idea what is going on with you. Could it be your internet? Try turning off your modem for 20 seconds then powering everything back on, that resets your internet and THEN restart your computer and try joining the server. If that doesn't work then I don't know what to say,
