The average players don't check the forums, let alone register here. (there are 250k registered forum members and Badlion has hit 2m unique players, so only about 1 out every 8 players register on the forums). Important stuff should be informed in game, not on the forums.

Why don't we have 2 as the highest rank, ez problem solve
