Could we add a HCF kit in Practice servers and Arena PVP?

The kit will consist of:
Sharpness II Diamond Sword
Fishing Rod
Pots
Fire res
Speed II

I did say a hybrid kit, not necessarily hcf. It was just to make it a more seperate kit because it was basically a pot kit plus a rod.
