I think there should be special precautions towards masters rank, I fear that many people will cheat to get on the leaderboards using custom smooth-aim, auto-clickers and reach bots that cant be detected by GCheat. To combat this I think that to reach Masters rank you must be screenshared by an admin atleast every three months that you hold a masters rank as at this level it is very hard to tell between what is possible and what is assisted. This could also shine light on how cheaters are using hacks and also deter many cheaters from using hacks to get on the leaderboard if they know they will get caught as soon as they get to masters.
I also think that screensharing may not be the best option as many people dislike opening up their computer to people they barely know and letting them poke around and install programs, so I think there needs to be a local offline anticheat similar to VAC or ESEA that Masters need to use to connect, this would use a custom version of minecraft that can scan itself and report back file sizes and report back tampering and many other things such as programs open and local hitbox accuracy to assist GCheat.
The main argument for not needing a special mod to connect to badlion is that it will kill the player base by stopping new players coming in, this will not affect new players, only the very elite players who most likely are used to similar practices with screenshring, even if they are coming from other communities such as PotPvP or HCF they would understand why and how everything works in regards to Ghose Clients.

Screensharing is pretty much useless Vape is undetectable it's also privacy invasion. I believe the devs are working on a client sided anti cheat for tournaments.Posted on 23 July 2016 - 12:08 PM
Vape is not undetectable you silly goose, Sarefine scanner can pick it up and I believe Viper and MineHQ both have ways of detecting it. Even cheat smasher can get it 9 times out of 10. lolPosted on 23 July 2016 - 01:18 PM

No, for a small - medium sized server yes. I don't see a problem with ssing and I have actually been ss'd 3 times. (NOT CHEATING)Badlion is to big with 5 - 8k at peak times sometimes more.
