They should only be able to place you within a certain range like Silver III through Emerald III so it isn't super difficult to work your way up and you still have to earn a super high rating. As far as practice not having any traces in S13, they added axe pvp to unranked and they're working on a good Speed II kb. It would be best if the pot ladders and badlion ladders were a little more seperate in the new plugin if that makes sense and still keeping the kohi pvp feel for pot.

For me it only takes about 45 Seco ds to get into less popular ladders and about 10-20 for popular ladders.
