Matches are broken in NA arena

This morning I logged on to badlion and went to the arena. I queue for Unranked matches and it says 13 in game 60 in queue. I waited for about 3 mins and didnt get into a match. I'm pretty sure its broken.

Its bugged in asia and i just checked in eu and its bugged as well
Badlion's matchmaking is broken
