1. If you apply for staff through the forums, you get forum banned for a week and can't apply for 3 months. If you apply for a youtube/twitch rank in the wrong section of the forum, you can't apply for a week.2. When making an appeal and it is accepted, I see a lot of players say "Can I get an earlier unban". If you write this after it is accepted, your appeal gets denied.
3. Scamming accounts is still the owner's responsibility, but the scammer gets banned too.

90% of the time people post their appeals in the wrong section, it's because they didn't know where they're supposed to. It's not like they purposefully put it on the wrong place because there bad ass, and want to break the rules. You shouldn't punish people for this.
