+1 but instead of multiple leaders there should be a higher tier of member in the party such as party moderator that can only kick and invite people along with spectate and other things but not as high as the leader. I also think it would be helpful to be able to transfer leadership to another player as I hate to have to end RR's because I wanna go to bed ;-;
