lost my rank

I lost my rank somehow. After the 20 starter matches i was ranked gold v. i ranked up to gold III but when yesterday i noticed that im not placed in the ranking anymore and i have to do the 20 matches again. My stats from the website are also gone.acacacacac
btw: sorry of I put this in the wrong category thought its a bug or so but i dont know

I also lost it and I asked in the chat and I was pretty much the only one that had lost my rating sad…
