Hi!I recently noticed that the "like" button was added along with the new website skin. I think that it is a great option and I think that you should be able to tell how many likes you have below the other account details (rank, post count etc.) after making a forum post or viewing other's.
Here in case you did not quite understand my poor explanation, I think below the post count would be the best choice:

Edit: I want to clarify that I meant a total like counter below your account details on forums.
