Please look at it all, he's not IP banned either, it would have said for the ban in it that it was IP so course not that, he couldn't get on TS or Forums since he was banned

He was banned once by GCheat on July 5th, 2015. He appealed that ban: https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/53163He was banned again on January 28th, 2016. That ban was not appealed.
He was IP banned for having too many bans (probably for hacking on more alts), which was appealed on April 9th and he was un-ip banned on July 11th: https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/92084
He did not appeal his GCheat ban from January 28th.
Three punishments, two appeals. Successfully appealing an IP ban does not mean the account(s) get unbanned; each account needs to appeal separately.

@telvu His latest account ban was never actually appealed. Look at the ban reasons and appeal titles.Ban for "[GCheat] Hacked Client." was appealed.
Ban for "[GCheat] Unfair Advantage" was never appealed.
Is he able to appeal his ban for "[GCheat] Unfair Advantage?" Is it physically possible for him to do so?
