cant find a match

So on eu when i go on build uhc my chat just spams searching and i waited for like 20 minutes and nothing but get this if i go to anything else ranked it works and if i go on build uhc on unranked it works and anything else but ranked builduhc wont workbut if i change realms and go to na i can find a match instant i thing im bugged or something.
