No One Being Placed In a Match

Hello, it seems that in multiple ladders, people are able to queue but not be placed in a duel. The only ladder that I see that is working is Ranked Build UHC.http://image.prntscr.com/image/789649ca1df1476ca24b3772895269c1.png
