Hello everyone, I don't know if there's a proper format for this i did not take a look, but i just found this bug/glitch out. I recorded it which hopefully makes it more clear.

So i was in random match when it happened with another player, i thought they were hacking or something but it was just a bug, special thanks to xMqd for helping me with it.
When you are in a fight, when your opponent logs out and relogs they lose the no hit delay thing, and my hits we're just normal if you watch the video. So basically because of the relog the player does not get the extra combo that they should not sure if this is a bug but i asked a manager and they told me to report it.

Now you should wait for a staff member to look at this.
