I fought a blatant cheater twice in a row, does that mean the system won't qualify me somewhere higher than them?

Cheaters mess up the system, so it's very likely that you'll be placed lower than them because the system accounts for all players being legit.

75% of the builduhc top players on the leaderboards are cheaters, the only players in top 20 that i know that are legit are speedily, madeinarab, avery427(if tewchaynz if not ???), slimmaster, verillium, upriserryker so yeah they will unfortunately :(

I think it would be better to record them and report than writing "Update gcheat plss"…
Do you think developers are not working hard every day to improve server also and gcheat?

No but it raises the awareness of the obvious fact. The top of all leaders are mostly cheaters

You shouldn't get mad at GCheat. The AntiCheat is mostly designed to take on ghost clients and auto clickers, that's what it's directed at from what we've seen so far.
