Ok so a few days after the season 13 came out I manage to get up to bronze 1. Then it all got reset, my wins and kills and my rank. It have been almost a week and i have won more than 10 unranked match and its not registering it, my unrank wins still remain as 0 and in my profile it shows nothing when it used to. I have no idea if anyone else is having this problem but its really bugging me. I might be uploading a proof video but Im gonna have to wait another 2 hours for it to render. Bro i'm Asian and i cant rod because of fucking delay, my ping is over 300 all the time and if i'm lucky it will be below 310 but never below 300. Even lava bucket doesn't work.

Its working now, for some reason i can just go into ranked match and the 0 unranked wins meant nothing…
