I've read a couple of tweets and came across this one from @Archybot https://twitter.com/archyb0t/status/759479570022080512

That just basically means they pretty much depend on what you call "top players" thoughts. I hate how they depend on what they think instead of the whole community. If Danteh or Tylarzz were to say the kb is bad please change it, Admins and Developers would already be changing the kb for it to be perfect for them. I've seen tons of other tweets saying the same thing, but since Danteh, Tylarzz (and couple of others) said the kb is good, they won't change it. I hope they read this thread and actually take opinions or polls to balance out the kb, instead of listening to the "top pvpers."

If he has a reason to go off of the top players in the community about KB it's because they don't make shitty excuses and know what good KB is and isn't. Think about this. Half the community, more than half aren't as good as most of the people who commented on that tweet, including myself if you bring pot pvp in the matter. The people who make excuses and blame the KB is because they're not good themselves and have to find a way to make themselves feel better - that's why a lot of players complain about KB. the hit detection I mean I can sort of understand that, not the best for pot pvp. But the KB is perfectly fine and it doesn't need to be changed at all.

What I'm saying is that it's like 30% people who like it and 70% who hate the kb. They would rather go with the 30%. Mostly the "top" people.

Thats really just the worst assumption ever, especially when the new pvp is so uneven, with the really up messed KB. + Its actually allot of the good players that has left the community, or are about to leave.

That is not true, a lot of good players don't like the KB. Archy and Developers lean on what the 30% says instead of the 70%.

You dont have to be amazing to know when a KB is clearly good and isnt good. i mean i can understand danteh but do you think tylarzz actually has a clue what kb even is? he only plays rod ladders.

We are looking into the KB, but fuck off with your numbers. Not even close to 1% of the unique daily active player base has vocally complained by the KB. Just because you and your friends think something, doesn't mean the whole server playerbase thinks that way.

For every person who complains about KB, I can find someone better then them that likes it.

The KB is absolutely fine with both speed and non-speed pvp. They made it based on opinions of 10-20 people with ping less than 100 ms, i have 130-150 ms constant and the KB still feels very good. And they took opinions of those "top" players as they actually know what KB is and not bunch of people blaming their loss on the server

Lmao what. Tylarzz reached 2k Elo few seasons back when Kohi was still a separate server, I guess he's still some random who doesnt know what kb is.(and btw Rod ladders have more requirements for KB than speed ladders,so if anything his opinion is valued)

Too much hypocrisy and irony in these types of threads. People are saying people are making excuses for being bad and yet they're clearly aids at pvp themselves LOL

Too many people are oblivious to some things and blindly defend the server no matter what. If you don't have an opinion don't post because it helps no one…
