Before they say "You were cheating, denied" they make sure the Gcheat system did it's job correctly. They review your logs, and if you were indeed cheating, thats when they say it. On a rare occasion, they say, "We will review your case". This means that it is questionable that you have hacked and they review the logs. Again if they find that you were cheating, you will be denied. If they find you innocent, you will be unbanned. Gcheat is the most advanced anti-cheat, and if you "lied" to get unbanned, you were in fact cheating and now are trying to make it look like you aren't a cheater to the community.
