Removing false punishments.

I was bored so I was looking through resolved staff reports because they can be funny as fuck. I saw a few players that got falsely muted and they asked for the mod to remove the punishment, a senior+ then said they can't remove punishments. I don't know where this has come from. If the punishment is still active a senior can remove it via a 'false' marked appeal, but removing other punishments requires gberry to manually do it (a long and frustrating process I guess)
