My fps has been going down form 70-160 to 60-70 fps. I'd appreciate it if someone could post their settings. Just take screenshots of your video, details, animations, quality, performance, and other settings.Posted on 31 July 2016 - 08:45 PM
Honestly there's not much noticable difference after 60 fps. I just put mine as the lowest settings.Posted on 31 July 2016 - 08:49 PM
as long as you are 60fps +, you wont be getting lag due to framesPosted on 01 August 2016 - 02:52 PM
I've noticed this too, as I have being experiencing a lose of FPS whilst playing Arena. Normally I'd get around 100-130 FPS using Hivlik's OCN 32x texture pack, but now I get 40-60 frames with constant drops.Posted on 08 August 2016 - 01:08 PM
The new season gets me 250-400 and the old season got me 120-200Posted on 08 August 2016 - 01:32 PM

no, these are not false. In Minecraft 60 fps is the highest fps visible to the human eye. Once above 60 fps, you wont get frame lag. Yes, you may still lag, but it will be lag due to your ping. Therefore you saying this is false, is false.

the human eye might not see it or whatever bs, but you can most definitely feel fps changes up to 100-150

I could go into depth with this, but I'll just say this. You can feel a slight difference between 60 and above. Not only that, but if you have a 100, 110, 120 or even 144 hz monitor you'll feel a difference for sure. Please know what you're talking about before arguing about it.

Another one.Yet another potentially useful thread has turned into a passive-aggressive debate about the effects of higher framerates on the human eye.
Instead of arguing with no evidential proof, just do your own research, guys.
