So I haven't played much builduhc ladder in the past and I hardly ever got over 2000 elo but recently I have been getting better at it and I got to Silver V, Is that above average?Thanks

Silver 3 is average, so silver 5 is a bit below average. Also there is no win 15 lose 15. Total, people could win more rating or lose more rating, it depends. You have to remember that 1400 isn't average anymore and there isn't any equivalent to the past elo system. You could be 1250 or 1650, but who cares?
