I think instead of there being a 2.5 second delay between each thing you type in chat, there should be one long enough to keep you from getting muted for spam



Just to get rid of spam

They won't get muted if they are just talking to their friend in public chat or something, they will get muted if they are saying the same thing over and over again every 2.5 seconds.

You are allowed to have a conversation with someone in global chat, you aren't going to get muted for spamming.

Uh I'm pretty sure when you're having a conversation with someone, you are saying more than just "hey" over and over again lol.
