on my survive account it permanently has the alert "@Radioactivebeans quoted you in a post"on my ULTRATRIGGERED / rkt account it permanently has 2 alerts "@PandaChips quoted you in a post" and "@PandaChips responded to your thread".

You're the only one responding to your thread..Go to your PC. Click the bell that is in the top right. Click read all and then it should work
