When you snowball a Mini UHC, you usually get all your kills by 20 minutes in, and then have to wait 15-20 minutes for the border to shrink. Without forcing snowballing, this can be improved. First, the 300x300 border should be removed. Its entirely useless. Next, the border should shrink to 100x100 at 30 minutes and then 50x50 when its 32:30. This would reduce waiting yet still allow caving.

It all depends on how the game unfolds. Some games better than others. It all varies.

What sewl said, sometimes if you get lucky in a cave, you won't have to stay in a cave for the longest. But if you found no diamonds, you're forced to keep on caving as you will most likely run into a full diamond if you stay full iron.

We are talking about a mini uhc right? A snowballer wont get full diamond from kills even in diamondless. :]

I always kill myself in mini UHCs in one way or another because they last too long with too little action. If this idea makes minis shorter I'm all for it.
