Ranked is Broken

Title explains it lol.When I try to join a ranked match, it tells me looking for opponents. When it gives the message 'Range has been expanded, you will fight stronger and weaker opponents' it still doesn't put me in a match.
I purchased donor+ to play unlimited ranked matches, whats the point if I can't even play at all.
I don't want to have to refund. Fix it.

Yeah. In the old version, I could play ranked still.So now ranked has just been taken away from me?
I donated so I could play ranked more… and they take it away…
They should have thought about the broader implications of the update before implementing it.
Pretty dumb, imo. Probably going to end up charging back if this isn't fixed.

What the fuck? There was no problem before.
All I know is I paid in real life MONEY so I could play ranked.
Now they have taken the ranked aspect away from me?
That's complete bullshit.

I have recently rewritten the matchmaker. Once I get it better tested I will put it live. It will help address issues such as the smaller regions such as AU and Asia.
