I also want to point out that, none of us wanted this Bronze/Silver/Gold/Emerald/Diamond/Master stuff… we simply wanted ELO but it restricts you from fighting people that are as an example 300 less ELO than you. IMO this feels pretty much the same as when the devs tried to implement the new kb system mid s12 but instead of supporting them and giving time, players just bitched about it and probably prevented from having a better kb system. Just give this rating system time, the staff still need to fix certain aspects of it to match Minecraft.And regarding the time to queue up to matches, even if they were to go back,some ladders were dead in s12, even you would get queued into a match most probably you could only get like 1-5 elo per match.Also Hackers will ruin your game either way, you could be 2k ELO and fight a hacker whose 1500 3 times and lose 31 elo 3 times, its more than possible since with ELO you search for players within 720 ELO range.
Im neutral in this and either system wont make a HUGE difference for me to complain about.
