i like to use what i call bouncestrafe which is running forwards and aiming left/right and then just left right left right strafing in a style like jehovahs_witness and i hit the player in time with the rhythm for consistent timing

I'm off and on with music. When I really need to concentrate like in really important Ranked Matches I turn it off but when I am just messing around in Unranked I have some tunes on to jam to.

Having background applications other than recording/streaming software decreases my fps, but if I'm casually playing I might listen to some music.
