I'm not banned so I can't write an appeal. First thing that would pop into your guys' head is, why would you want to write one if you weren't banned?
Well, I have a good reason! I believe that people deserve second chances. And by people I do mean everyone, there are plenty of banned people who wrote an appeal and it got approved when they didn't deserve approval.

So what's the point of this topic? My brother, TNME_Fusion {12 years old}, was banned from badlion. I have no idea if it's permanent or not. But here's where I have to explain the situation. I didn't get to see him write the appeal because I didn't know you could do that until he told me it was denied.

So here comes the explanation… My little brother after TNME_Fusion who has an account TNME_Havoc {8 years old} decided to play on Fusion's account because he himself got banned from Badlion for about a week he had told me after I demanded an explanation of why Fusion was banned. They don't share computers but Havoc had the information to Fusion's account. I, being the oldest {18}, found out that Havoc had downloaded a Hack or Mod thing. I don't know what you call it or how it works, I was never aware how to have hacks or where to get them but I was never interested either. Without hesitating when I found out he had them it was already too late, Fusion was banned. However, I did delete the hacks, and set up {with my parents permission} parental controls so they aren't aloud to download anything without a password being entered even though it was only one kid that was responsible, I didn't want neither of them to have the advantage. So with the hacks being gone and it would be proven if Fusion is un-banned.

I'm asking if TNME_Fusion could be not banned anymore, because there is proof that he doesn't have any hacks or cheats. And with the moderators being good at what they do I'm sure they would keep an eye out and make sure that happens. But! I'm asking nicely that TNME_Fusion could have the ban released from him. He has never hacked before, and he never would. Badlion is his ultimate favorite server and he was utterly heartbroken when finding out he got banned and felt that his brother humiliated him making him look like the player he isn't.

Please take this plead under consideration. I hope that a moderator sees this and replies or delivers it to those who control banned players.

Kinda a sad story but Your account is YOUR responsibility even though he didnt hack he will have to wait it out.
