Recording in 120fps goes to 60fps? Help please.

So I try to record in 120fps using Action but it goes straight to 60fps. I record in fullscreen, have a 60hz monitor and don't use vsync. If anyone knows the problem please let me know. Thanks! :Dhttps://gyazo.com/0bc0484eab5ec429c45a15ef4b11cdf9

if you're trying to record in fullscreen, set your minecraft fullscreen res to 1280x720 and set the video size to original
