First of all, I couldn't find out what started/triggered this glitch/bug for the specific account. (you'll understand as you go through this thread)
I briefly explain things in this video while happening.

In conclusion through experiments and tests I did myself:

- Doesn't happen on Unranked. (Not sure if it does for other players)

- Happens only on specific accounts. (I don't know how or why, this doesn't happen on my other account as shown in the video above)

- Happens only on specific regions played. (Asian region in my case, this doesn't happen on NA/EU for me)

- Happens only on specific ladders played. (I couldn't play Ranked BuildUHC)(This is extremely horrible for Asian Region players as 90% of the time only Ranked BuildUHC is being played, meaning unable to play Ranked BuildUHC, means unable to play Ranked matches)

- Relogging to the server does not fix this problem.

- Relogging on Minecraft and relaunching Minecraft does not fix this problem.

- Leaving and rejoining the queue does not fix this problem.

- No matter how many players join the queue, no matter what placement they are, you will not be matched up with any player. (I'm Gold 5 on Ranked BuildUHC)

- The message 'Searching…' and 'Range Expanded. You will fight weaker and stronger opponents.' will continue 'forever', and a fail message will not be shown.

- 'Forever' means forever. (40 minutes of waiting in a Ranked BuildUHC queue multiple times gives the same unfortunate result)

Now personally this bug is extremely awful to me because:

The reason I donated was because I wanted the Asian Region to keep running and to get Unlimited Ranked matches. As I've mentioned like other regions, majority of the players of the Asian Region plays Ranked BuildUHC (only this ladder approximately 90% of the time), and its extremely unfortunate that the glitch/bug happens to me to Ranked BuildUHC meaning I can approximately play Ranked only 7% of the time on the Asian Region as the other 3% are the other ladders the glitch/bug affected. This takes away approximately 93% of my Unlimited Ranked matches (and time) with only a lucky 7% chance I can actually be in any Ranked match. Since the Asian Region plays mostly BuildUHC only, and I can't play it, its similar to being banned on the ArenaPvP Asian Region server and it really takes away the means of my Donator rank. I also really love playing on the Badlion Network because of GCheat and its leaderboards system, so please do fix it not only for my sake but for others who have this problem as well. (If I donated for only 30 days, it would be a waste)

Currently, I always type this in chat so I can actually play something Ranked:

I understand that the process of ArenaPvP Season 14 is important and that it'll probably not have this glitch/bug but for the meantime please do fix this as it's similar to being banned on a specific ladder. I personally think this is a top priority glitch/bug that needs to be fixed as quickly as possible. Also please do not lock this thread, I saw some threads about this glitch/bug got locked.

August 15: NOT FIXED

This is probably due to information not being transmitted properly back and forth between our higher ping regions (Asia/AU) and the main database location (in NA). We have a system to fix this loss of data which is being implemented at the moment. Should solve these issues soon.

I'm still having the glitch as of August 15, can I have an approximate time when this glitch will possibly be fixed?
and it doesn't happen on my alt… What's wrong with my main account :(

Try out the season 14 beta. The matchmaker for season 13 has been abandoned and will not be updated.
