Matchmaking Change

For Badlion Potion PvP When I join a MatchMaking I haft to wait like 30 seconds or longer to get into a match.I would like that to change because im tired of having to wait for a match everytime. The reason the matchmaking system takes 30 seconds is because it is trying to match you with a player who is closer to your ELO
