First of all DDOS:ing is wrong and totally unnecessary especially over a game of blocks. What you should do is get your IP reset if you can't do that on your own and then make your IP in Skype hidden if you haven't done that by now. Do not give out your IP to people you don't know and trust, also trusting the wrong people will get you in trouble. This is a not a matter of a joke, this is serious. People can find out so much information only based on one's IP and do a lot of damage. Keep that in mind.

That's not a dynamic vs static IP thing - dynamic IPs just need a reset of the router the change. Static IPs can be changed by any ISP.

My friend has called his ISP tried resettings his router and has done everything to try to reset it and it still has not changed. I dont know why im not an expert at this.
