You can add in wtapping and strafing once you get better at clicking and aiming. Also, something that helped me is make sure to focus on your crosshair while meleeing - don't focus on the player. Just look right at your crosshair the whole time, and make sure it's always on the other player.

build is trickylearn to heal without having to chug it bc you are getting crit stomped and learn to aim and be aggressive (if you are bad with bow)
