Getting sent to lobby without dying

So I'm in the middle of a pretty close nodebuff match, and then I get sent to the Arena PvP lobby, I didn't die or anything, and for some reason I lost the match. https://www.badlion.net/match/arenapvp/1v1/1874608I'm sure this will just get ignored like my last 2 bug reports

Oh yea and also the queues have been breaking every couple minutes, start working for like 30 seconds, then break again. Also sometimes when I get put in a match, the match randomly ends and says tie game. Oh and btw a bunch of the queues for 2v2 have glitched out numbers.
