I've seen many weird word problems in my days. This about tops it all. I kid you not this came directly out of my textbook.

Maxie and Marco are walking in the Arizona desert when a spaceship from Mars crashes into the ground. A martian walks up to them and points to figure one. She says "xlr8r, xlr8r, xlr8r plus ybcaws ybcaws". She then points to figure two and says, "xlr8r, xlr8r plus ybcaws, ybcaws, ybcaws" What might xlr8r mean?
