Hoi goiz,

Essentially whenever I try to join unranked, of any kit, it doesn't put me in a match.

I can even see the que, e.g the the photo below, there are 6 people waiting in que.

Everyone is complaining in chat because they cannot play unranked, and a majority of players can only play unranked due to limited matches.

Why is Season 13 so buggy, lmao.

This is because of the new matchmaking system, and the fact queueing is basically broken right now. Just be patient I guess, everyone is having this issue. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
