The problem was created that way and will not be destroyed like that. Insurgencies are not beaten by storming in with force. There is a battle for the minds of people or any victory will be superficial only.

They never used to. I still can't understand why the democrats gave up on being the party of the south. I don't know why the republicans started becoming this conservative either, both parties have completly swapped positions in the last 60-70 years.

The problem was created because we left and tried to implement another government. If we never left and established a protectorate, this wouldn't of happened and the US would actually have a foothold in the middle east that's not, well, Israel. But I don't want shitholes driving my country into economic problems and further deaths of British servicemen because they wouldn't really be defending our Island Nation, i dont care about the stability of the middle east that much untill the problem is at our door steps. Oh wait…

I do agree with you if 9/11 never happened we wouldn't even be thinking of ISIS we wouldn't even know what it means. If the Terrorist groups in Afghanistsn never started a Jihad and start bombing places, if Iran in the 70s never captured people if Bush never decided to go to Iraq to capture Saddam and find nuclear weapons which there were none, we invaded a country for no reason. We would have world peace if none of this happened

If WW1 was lost by the entente, and the ottoman empire maintained a strong foothold in the middle east, none of this would have happened(including the holocaust, so that's a bonus).
If Napoleon didn't lose to Sir Arthur Wellesley at the Battle of Waterloo, none of this wouldn't have happened.
If the Roman Empire never split into east and west, this would't have happened.
If the Roman Empire didn't convert to Christianity, this wouldn't have happened.
You can go on and on and on but it won't solve the problem.
My solution is to travel back in time to kill the primordial sludge that we and everything else would eventually evolve from. Sorted.

No christianity, no collapse, Roman dominance for hundreds if not thousands of years. Abrahamic faiths don't take off (Muhammad was clearly inspired by Jesus and Judaism [which he didnt like for some reason, selfish cunt]) which means Islam doesn't happen because the arabs would be ok with being pagans because they correspond with Greco-Roman gods, which is pretty universal like most pagan religions. Which means they won't fly planes into our buildings 1400 years later.
