Question
Hey, just need to know if this is good: https://gyazo.com/56fa8b3d79bb26ddbb6f2e4c7da39509

It says at the bottom "Allocated memory: 11% (243MB) is this a good thing or a bad thing?

If your minecraft works fine and runs smoothly, ignore it. If not, look into allocating more memory.

It doesn't run smooth, that's why I'm concerned, I allocated 4 GB and it just goes down to 4% (243MB) it always stays at 243MB!

Are you saying your game isn't smooth or… what .-. And I also wouldn't recommend allocating 4 gb, 2 at the most. If it's staying at 243 then maybe you could try raising your minimum ram, I'm not sure if it's xmx or xms you'll have to look that up

Less RAM = Less possible performance.
More RAM = More possible performance.

Notice how I said "possible" performance.
If your MC uses 1GB, allocating 10000000TB to it will not really help it, it will still use 1GB.
