I want to know, why is hackusating in spec chat an issue and mutable? From what I've seen, hackusating isn't allowed as it tells the "hacker" that they've been suspected and might make them toggle. But saying it in spec chat doesn't make that true?

If anything, there should be a reason that it isn't allowed. From what I've been told and have seen hackusating isn't allowed for a reason, which isn't a problem with spec chat.

People have friends who are in spec chat/spectating for them so assuming it's because of that.

A while back, slutty and the current senior hosts at that time decided to make it not allowed to make sure the Network rules were consistent throughout the server I believe.
